No, the dumpfile format didn't change. The repository *database
schema* changed. It's the fact that we have an *invariant* dumpfile
format that allows us to migrate data from one database schema to
another!

Also, Paul: can you add (to both the CHANGES file and the announcement
mail) a reference to the repository_upgrade_HOWTO document, which
explains how to migrate repository data?
