You're saying this isn't normal even in the 0.24 release? How can I attack
this problem?

Some more info:

- I have the very latest Apache server.
- I have not configured any security (Intranet setting)
- svn:// runs fast enough, but not fast
- RedHat Linux 8.0 on fast hardware
- 2 megabit symmetric networking
- CVS runs on the same server and clients - it is very fast

Any help would be appreciated!
