I don't know. What about it? Have you found a chapter called "Miscellaneous Documentation" which needs to be mentioned here, or what?

You may as well ask questions like this directly to the mailing list rather than submitting a patch to the book.

I won't apply the patch but I hope you can find the answer to your question. :-)
