An svnadmin dump and load is in your future.

My work on the fs-schema-changes branch is basically done. I'm just
testing there now, and soon, the great merge will occur (though I
don't think the actual change is all that massive). I'm giving this
warning, which I know I've given before, so that those who leap before
looking (that is, 'svn up' before reading the commit-mails) might be
encouraged not to do so. I'd like to get these changes into place
ASAP so that the community can attempt to bang out any bugs I missed
before 0.28 rolls out in a couple of weeks.

So, be advised that if you run repositories off of HEAD code, a
dump/load cycle is in your near future.
