Maybe I missed it, but what's the logic behind this change? I run my
subversion server completely seperate from anything else on my system (it
gets its own apache, its own libs, everything), and being able to build
everything in one fell swoop is quite convenient. I can live without, but
I'll miss it. :>

(Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to complain, as much as just find out
why...)
