Translate "Subversion: The Definitive Guide" to Norwegian?

Hi,

I want to translate the Subversion book (doc/book/book) to Norwegian
(doc/translations/norwegian/book).

It's not really necessary to translate the book to Norwegian (most
Norwegians will do just fine with the original version) but I really
want to do it anyway.

Is it OK that I'm doing it, and if so: -Can I have commit access to
doc/translations?
