Because I planned to reorder the COMMITTERS file in a visually
pleasing way right afterwards anyway (so the that the left side would
make a bulge out and back in, if you must know). But then I tried it,
and it didn't look as nice as I'd thought it would, so I reverted the
change, and you never saw it, you poor thing.

(You think I'm making this up? I'm not.)

I guess you're right, then, let's add them at the end from now on.
But I absolutely refuse to put this in HACKING -- that would be petty,
like keeping score when you play shuffleboard.
