Quick question about "svn mkdir"

Hi folks !
 
Is the following topic have been discussed in the past ?
(If Yes, can you provide me dates and/or issues when it have been discussed ?)
 
"svn mkdir -p" is not implemented. Is there any plan to have the "-p" switch implemented in future releases ?
 
(with the same mecanism in mind, is "svnadmin load" will be able to create Node-path without its parent been already created by a previous Node-path ?)
