note about 0.27 date shift

Some more explanation about this:

The Chicago Gang spent much of last week in meta-work -- planning
meetings with some folks from CollabNet, discussing overall goals,
issue prioritization, scheduling, etc. It was actually quite
productive, but also spontaneous (plane tickets were bought at the
last minute :-) ) and therefore not accounted for in the milestone
schedule.

Hence the above shift.
