No, not regularly. But there appears to be a problem with my repos
using 4.1.25 after a long period of time, be it this error or other
problems opening the repos.

I wish that svn.collab.net would move to 4.1.25 and get it working.
In fact, maybe this should be done before 1.0 is released. I'm
certain that other people will be using 4.1.25 and we don't want to
run into problems after 1.0 is released.

My repos doesn't get bounced often and I don't run recover while httpd
has it open, and there are no users that have file:// access to it :)
So it's really odd.
