BOOK: bug: ch03.xml: mis-matched XML tags

Between r6580 and r6593 someone appears to have committed broken XML in ch03.xml:

  You can run ./configure now.
  [...]

  xsltproc --stringparam html.stylesheet styles.css \
             --output ./book/book.html ./tools/xsl/html/docbook.xsl ./book/book.xml
  book/ch03.xml:912: error: Opening and ending tag mismatch: xref and para
            whitespace will be printed.</para>
                                             ^

I can't access the repository at the moment to check who or what or when.
