[RFE] Checkout understands URL so as not to ask for username

Hi !

Here's what happened:
D:\>svn co http://fbos@svn.hopto.org:8193/repos/vendor/xom/current
xom-current
Authentication realm: <http://svn.hopto.org:8193> Subversion repository
François's password:
Authentication realm: <http://svn.hopto.org:8193> Subversion repository
username: fbos
fbos's password: *********

As you can see, the URL I passed already contained the username. I
thought SVN would see that and use the passed-in username. But as you
can see, it asked for my password anyway.

Is there an issue filed on such a request ? I could not find one.
