Strange change in behaviour

Subversion 0.26.0 - 6563

I just back rev'ed my working copy of the rapidsvn to 6563
(svn update -r 6563) but when I look at the info (svn info .) it
still shows "Revision: 6570" even though the "svn update -r 6563" command
finished with "At revision 6563".

I've never noticed this behaviour before. I'm thinknig something has
changed. The reason is that my RPM build scripts depend on this
behaviour to set the release number and it is coming out "wrong" now.

It didn't do this prior to 0.26.0.

Comments, Suggestions, thoughts.......fixes? (<duck> :-)
