That means a lock file was unexpectedly deleted while a command was
running. I don't remember anyone report this error before, as far as
I know the only way to trigger it is to run 'svn cleanup' on a working
copy while some other command, such as 'svn update', is running on the
same working copy.

I don't think the size of a file is relevant.
