problems building svn 0.25 on solaris 8

  hi @ll
  
  i have a problem buildung svn out of the tarball on solaris 8
  
  when i compile is w/o ssl everything works fine, i can checkout and comit
  aso without any problems.
  
  but when i run this compile string: ./configure --with-ssl
  --with-libs=/usr/local/ssl
  the configure and make process work w/o any errors, but when i try to use
  the svn command i get this error:
  
  svn: RA layer failed to init socket layer
  svn: network socket initialization failed
  
  so i tried to run: $ openssl s_client -host ip.of.server. -port 443
  
  this works fine.
  
  any help is appreciated!
