I haven't tried it myself, but it should be possible to do incremental
backups of a svn repo. There is a bit in the bdb docs. Essentially the
procedure involves backing up just the log files. Then you do a full backup
whenever you find you are storing an excessive number of backed up logs. On
a big repo, I imagine this could help quite a bit.
