RE: Large Repositories - related to Re: Issuezilla #1350 -- update

I was still using 2.0.46 (somebody had said "2.0.46 will work fine.
2.0.47 is what we officially recommend." :), but when I installed 2.0.47
and did a clean rebuild of the latest SVN against it, my 4 minute
buildup time didn't change.

I see a noticeable delay before receiving files when I checkout a
directory containing 1000 files. I'm using apache 2.1.0-dev CVS from
March 6.
