Russell, I'm concerned about these scalability problems you're
experiencing. Can you upgrade both your client and server to svn
0.25, and tell us if they're still happening? (And upgrade apache to
2.0.47 as well.)

0.25 did fix a few scalability problems; I'd like to know if things
have improved at all.
