project_status.html

Hi there,

I went to http://subversion.tigris.org/project_status.html to see the
current roadmap, but the page doesn't match reality: 0.25 should've been
out according to it. Could someone update it? Also, is there a[n easy]
way to see CHANGES for each past release on the web site? IOW, do the
lists of issues marked for a release match 100% what's been done? ISTR
some issues being dragged along.
