BUG in IssueZilla

Not sure who to send this to, but...

When I click on 'New' from either of the following URLs:

        http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/process_bug.cgi
        http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=XXXX
        
I get sent to an error page which states:

        Issuezilla
        User 'guest' lacks permission
        The user 'guest' does not have the permissions necessary to perform
        the action you were attempting, or your session has timed out.

        Please Login and try again.

Despite the fact that I *am* logged in. It appears a cookie isn't
being checked or a param isn't being properly passed or something.

The only way I can enter another issue is to click on 'Issue
tracking' in the frame on the left, then on
'And so, with further ado, we give you (drumroll...) the Subversion Issue Tracker.'
in the frame on the right, then the 'Patch' link on the next frame.

This is rather tedious when you need to enter several issues in
succession.
