WebDAV/DeltaV problems

Hi!

I just updated an SVN server to 0.24.2. This server runs as a 'Web folder'
server, with autoversioning on. Everything was fine before, but since
one of the last updates (0.23.0 to 0.24.1, then 0.24.2) the autoversioning
broke: I can't write to the folders any more (using the windows explorer).
In the Apache (2.46) logs appear messages like the following:

[Thu Jul 03 18:12:28 2003] [error] [client 195.14.233.73] Unable to
checkout resource /repo/test.txt. [409, #0]
[Thu Jul 03 18:12:28 2003] [error] [client 195.14.233.73] (17)File exists:
Activities cannot be created at that location; query the
DAV:activity-collection-set property. [403, #190001]

test.txt is a non-existant file! Everything worked at least with 0.23.0.
File permissions are OK.
What to do next?
What is this DAV:activity-collection-set property??

Thanks,
    Joerg
