Yes, but is it important enough to use up space in CHANGES? Hardly
anyone else works on cvs2svn. Developer-visible changes in the core
libraries should be mentioned because to get anything done in
Subversion, a developer needs to use those libraries... not so with
cvs2svn.

Paul's call, of course. Just IMHO the cvs2svn announcements can wait
till the next release, when they're visible to everyone.
