this would also make sense, i mainly chose the config file
method as this is the way i've always done it with cvs.

related to this:
any idea if $SVNROOT will ever be used in the same sort
of way that cvs uses it?, currently i'm just using my
shells completion functionality, so its not really a
problem to me, but it does occasionally get quite
confusing to operate on a repo.

also. completely ot, anyone else interested in having
an option in cvs ci to insert the diff into the log
file passed to the editor?, i currently use the attached
script with cvs, but its completely flawed :)
