Yes, streaminess remains. Just a conversion to use svn_repos_replay()
(a correctness fix and performance enhancement), and fixing several
bugs in the base_path and base_rev calculations.

Now that my DSL connection has returned (after an 18 hour hiatus),
I'll be committing up shortly. And yes, this time I ran mailer.py
over 6317 revisions of my local copy of the Subversion repos to make
sure it did what I wanted it to do. :-)
