Running testsuite on windows platform?

From: Leeuw van der, Tim <tim.leeuwvander_at_nl.unisys.com>

Hi,

I would like to run the testsuite on my windows PC(s), but I have no idea
what I need to do to get it running. The only compiler I have is cygwin, and
I would prefer to work with the platform-native binaries/bindings etc.
Are binary, pre-compiled, python bindings downloadable anywhere? They don't
seem to be included in the binary distributions.

If possible I would like to have the python bindings for 0.23 also, so that
I can try to do some tests between 0.23 clients and 0.24 servers and vice
versa.

Regards,
