RapidSVN 0.1.2 vs Subversion 0.24

The latest code in the rapidsvn repository compiles and works with
Subversion 0.24 (0.24.2 to be exact).
Tomorrow there will be the second preview release rapidsvn-0.1.3pre2.
Next week I will release 0.1.3.

The open issues are:
- start translation efforts: all we need to do is include the automatic
generation into
  the build system.

- no man page: a simple docbook manpage is there but it has to be
intergrated into the build system.

Volunteers very welcome to fix these issues quick!
