Subversion 0.24.2 released.

I am pleased to announce that another interim release of Subversion is
now available. You can grab release 0.24.2 at the following location:

 http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/4807/subversion-0.24.2.tar.gz

The MD5 checksum for this release is 535956794859aab9da34b78b6c783210.

This is a bugfix release that contains no new functionality. Please also
take note of the following clarification. The CHANGES file stated that
starting in 0.24.0 the .svn directories on Windows were hidden. While the
subversion codebase has this feature it relies upon features which are
_not_ present in the bundled apr/apr-util (which are identical to the
versions that ship with Apache 2.0.46). So the feature won't actually
function until the next release of Apache. Users may update their apr
and apr-util to current development versions to obtain this feature
sooner although this is not recommended.

The release was tested against Apache httpd 2.0.46, which is available
at this location:

     http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi

Users are encouraged to upgrade to Apache 2.0.46 as this fixes several
security issues present in 2.0.45 and earlier including the following
issue which may be of interest to those running mod_dav:

Please direct all questions and comments regarding this release to
the dev@subversion.tigris.org mailing list.
