just a passing thought

So we now have three small bugfixes that *might* justify a 0.24.2 release:

  * 'svn export' had a pool bug, which might cause a crash (although
nobody actually got hit by it for the last 2 releases.)

  * 'svnadmin dump', while now much faster, was doing zero memory
management, and growing really huge. cmpilato just fixed this
    (see upcoming commit.)

  * diff_tests.py were failing over dav for some people, because of an
    uninitialized structure bug.

My feeling is: none of these buglets alone is enough to justify a
0.24.2 release. But *maybe*, taken together, they justify a new
release. Maybe.

But I'm certainly not directly advocating a new release. I'm going
back into my hole. :-)
