Looks like it only had some header information. CVS liked it, but the parse
program did not. Very odd file.

I have deleted this file so I can continue. Appears to be running now.

Sounds like there's a problem with the RCS format of one of your ,v files,
perhaps BIOSIS/development/web/pricingSubCategoryList.jsp,v or perhaps the
"next" one after it.

Can you post that file?
