Uh, that's precisely what my last mail is all about.

If by "consensus" you mean everyone agrees on one action to take, then
of course no decisions will ever get made :-). But that's not what
"consensus" usually means in group decision making. Rather, it means
"no one disagrees strongly enough to claim lack of consensus"; and I'm
waiting to see if we've achieved that.

(Formally, consensus is among the committers, though in practice the
whole list is involved and we don't just toss out opinions because a
person hasn't written code!)
