I've worked with the CVS plugin for Eclipse and I think it's functionality
is very good. If you're plugin provides similar merge / update facilities
and so, I'd be very, very interested to see it!

I am working too on an eclipse plugin for subversion also based on
svn-up java bindings (I worked a bit on svn-up java bindings)
I will release a first version probably this week-end.
Mine is based on cvs plugin for eclipse.
I don't think it is a good thing to have several svn plugins for
eclipse. If you wanna to, we can try to work together ...
