Hmm... I got once more confused by this funny terminology.
From my point of view, Subversion has revisions, files, directories,
file properties, commands, and that's about it. `transactions'
are just an internal implementation detail (which is fuzzied up a bit more
by the fact that the same term is used for two different internal
implementation details).
I understand that the manual presents transactions as something the
administrator should know and appreciate, but not all users
are administrators.
