[PATCH] SVNServerSignature feature

Hi

Attached is a patch which hides the server version displayed by
Subversion in mod_dav_svn generated pages. I have used the keyword
"SVNServerSignature" as it is similar to what Apache implements using
ServerSignature. Maybe somebody can extend it.

It is useful to us here as we don't want to publish the version of
Subversion we're running. I had discussed this with two of Subversion's
developers and one of them asked me to send it here anyway. You are
welcome to use it if you need it. It has been a few days since it was
written -- it should still work with trunk.
