Right. Since we're so library-based, we jumped ship from libtool 1.3 as fast
as possible.

Actually, just 1.4. You only need 1.4.3 if you're making a release.

Bah. All that stuff should just upgrade to 1.4. All the developers are using
1.4 anyways.
