Dig in the archive. The reasoning was that while at the office
you could access the repository through http://private.example.com/repos/
while from home you'd use http://via-public.example.com/repos/.

But I reckon you somehow swap your proxy settings between work and
home aswell. This is the same. If you want that to happen automagically,
file a _post_ 1.0 feature request.
