Well, apart from the svn_io_rename_file problem, and the deadlock buglet
-- both of which show up with 4.0.14 -- BDB 4.2.15 works after a fashion
on Windows. It is also about 3x slower than 4.0.14, and getting slower
all the time. I have no idea at all what's going on; I'm on a RAM disk,
and the CPU usage is 1/3 of what it was with 4.0.14, so it can't be
increased I/O. There must be some really, really stupid blocking in BDB,
or we're using it wrong.
