RE: svn.collab.net is now running Subversion 0.23.

From: Leeuw van der, Tim <tim.leeuwvander_at_nl.unisys.com>

When I had this problem it was with an entries-file that was at that same
moment displayed & selected in windows-explorer, so I blamed it on that.

(Windows explorer having the file open for displaying it's properties in
some info panel.)
Anti-Virus realtime scanning could be another source of the problem because
it also opens files behind your back.

greetings,

I haven't experienced this error since I turned off AV real-time
scanning -- when it was on I had about half of the checkouts and updates
I performed fail with this error. It's possible, of course, that the AV
scanning just exaggerated a different problem...Sophos has contacted me
about recreating it, but they haven't confirmed or denied it's their
problem.

I will run stress.pl a bit later today when I can and see what happens.

I thought this was either the read-only bit bug (which it isn't), or the
MoveFileEx bug (which was supposed to be a Sophos AV problem, but I
don't have
Sophos AV).

So it's not fixed. Duh.
