I agree. The CHANGES file is only readable if it has a single
editor. Too many cooks create a mess. That's why I used to edit this
file myself... and I'm thrilled that Michael is doing it now.

That said, :-)

Michael, if it's not too late, I'd love this line to read "...are now
restartable with 'svn up'". Lots of users read the CHANGES file, and
it's not clear (or documented anywhere) how to restart checkouts.
