Strictly speaking, this is an Apache issue, not a Subversion issue. But
it does make sense for us to warn about that. Could you write a patch
for INSTALL? I expect we'd need a generic section on platform-specific
problems (the Mac OS X issue with BDB 4.0.x is another one)
