Re: author of a file

svn propset --revprop svn:author "welz"
http://localhost:65535/svn/repos/trunk/Hallo_Welt/perl/hallo_welt
doesn't work, too. I get the syntax explanation screen.

Do I have to check out first? I am in no revisioned directory.
