I reported this error
(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgId=246579) which
appeared in 0.9.2 beta

It's not a problem with Tortoise SVN but with Subversion.

I sent a e-mail to the SVN mailing list
(http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgId=246815),
but nobody cared. I don't need SVN on my W98 laptop so I didn't investigate.
