Really? It's certainly something I appreciate seeing when I look at
any of the files in my CVS repository. Some files remain relatively
fixed and some may have been constantly churning. It's nice to see
some correlates of that when I look at the in-file metadata traces.

Honestly, it's one of the historical bits that I'm most interested in.
