It's the last in a line of commits that fixes the build, the tests, and
actually makes the tests pass (I also fixed the svn_io_remove_file
issue). The 0.22.0 and 0.22.1 sources a) don't build completely and b)
don't work on Windows.

Sure. But as Karl said, 0.22.2 would be 0.22.1 + the relevant patches,
not HEAD.
