By the way, if you *can* narrow it down to a subset of the repository,
that would be great. You can just invoke cvs2svn.py on a subdir
anywhere in the repos, so start out as deep as you can, in the
directory you think caused the error, and go up by parent directories
until you reproduce it.

Then we might be able to avoid 260 megs :-).
