look at it this way: c++ is WAY more complex than c, and as a result,
there are WAY more ways for a developer to screw up with it. c gives
you enough rope to hang yourself, but c++ tends to give more than
enough to shoot yourself in the foot, which is an impressive trick when
you think about it ;-)

-garrett (who codes in c++ at work, and often wishes he was using
something else)
