reverting large changes

Hi
is there a more elegant way of reverting a large change than applying
that patch reversed?

Say if rev14 put in some unwanted changes and I want rev15 to be the
same as rev13 was (without doing svn diff -r14:15 then patch -R )

PS: Based on a real-life situation, I just changed the rev numbers to
protect highly sensitive information.
