hi!

i want to install subversion on my debian system.
i downloaded the sources of the needed packages ( apache, bekeley db,
subversion ).
then i took the howto i found on http://www.onlamp.com/lpt/a/2999 and
wanted to install subversion as descibed in the howto
but when i want to install the apache i get the message that the berkeley
db is not installed the first time.
but i first installed the berkeley db so i donīt know why that happens.

can anybody give me some instructions for installing the subversion server
with http support?

thanks
hannes
