Berkely DB error

Hi,

        I installed Subversion in linux (redhat 7.2) with rpm installation.
I use file:// to test the the installation and it works fine. However, if I
use the WebDAV protocol, I get the error message:
    1. In svn checkout command, I got message:
       svn co http://192.168.69.45/repos/L2
       /**** error message ****/
       svn RA layer request Failed
       svn pat was not part of a repository

    2. If I use IE (Browser) to check out this repository, I get error
message:
        /***** error message ******/
        Berkely DB error while openning environment for
        filesystem /svn/repos/L2/db

        Permission Denied

Do anyone have any idea and how to solve this problem? TIA.
