or you could just use viewcvs [http://viewcvs.sourceforge.net/], which
was designed for exactly that purpose (although right at this moment, I
needed to "svnadmin recover" my repository for the first time since a
few month. Could that be, cause I installed viewcvs yesterday?) hmmmm...
