Well, I suppose there's nothing preventing us from adding a 'custom'
URL form to mod_dav_svn -- it needn't have anything to do with
WebDAV/DeltaV. It could simply be a custom URL form that we promise
to support forever, unlike our DeltaV '!svn' URLs.
